We are a French-Japanese couple currently living in the south of France.
Didier – Graduate of the OIV International Wine Masters. Worked in the fine wine business in New York and Germany after living 3 years in Japan. Now working as an expert in the spirits industry.
Mizuki – Worked in Japanese and Italian restaurant kitchens.
